Who Am I And Why Should You Listen To Me?
Hi, my name is Elizabeth (Erzsébet Bogyó ).
I met qigong,which I think brings the fastest results in improving health and quality of life in 2002and I experienced its beneficial effects on my body right away.
My spine became much more flexible than in my teens. A lot of stiffness disappeared and I could bend down to the ground that I wasn't able to do - not even as a child. ( result of a lot of early childhood trauma that qigong also helped bring to the surface and heal)
For a few years I only practiced Qigong alongside yoga, tai chi and choy li fut (I attended courses and joined weekly practices with Hungarian and Chinese masters).
I aim to pass on the best, most effective, yet simplest practices that are proven to be very powerful and quickly bring about effective changes in people's lives.
This is how this 10-day challenge was born, in which more than 10,000 people have already participated, experiencing great improvements.
I have more than 30 years of experience in teaching, I studied psychology, methodology at two universities. In addition, I took part in a lot of different energy healing courses.
